Enabling Atom Feeds in the Forums page -- Applying Changeset 1588 does not work

Hi
I would like to have an Atom Feed for the Forum. I am using Redmine 0.7.3 . I see that changeset 1588 posted in the Forum enables Atom feed for messages. But after making the change and restarting Redmine I still do not see the Atom link at the bottom of the page
I am running on Ubuntu 8.04
