How to adapt the rights of the manager and developer

Hi everybody,

Since two weeks I am using redmine with my project group. Everything worked fine so far, but now I would like to change the settings of the developer or ad an extra function.

How can I do this. Thanks for the anwser(s).

It would be helpful to know what version you use, although for this question it doesn't really matter.
I don't unterstand 100% what you're trying to do, but look at Administration -> Roles and permissions
