newly installed redmine1.1.3 stable,query with filter,no item was showed

my server os is Ubuntu 11.10,mysql version 5.1.67-0ubuntu0.11.10.1 (Ubuntu).
1、The redmine is newly installed in another server ,and then I import the old redmine's(0.8) date,then set the filter,and query issues,shows no item, then I click the query again, the items showed……see the picture.
!!
2、I have 10 projects in redmine，but the drop-down list after search box only shows 2.
!!!!!!!!
How can I solve the problems,thanks you all.Wish you can understand my english.

when i install redmine, I found that there are some errors.
ERROR: 'rake/rdoctask' is obsolete and no longer supported. Use 'rdoc/task' (available in RDoc 2.4.2+) instead.
