public/dispatch.cgi.example missing

I followed installation instruction for redmine apache up to the point where I need to copy:

Copy the public/dispatch.cgi.example to public/dispatch.cgi

I can't find this file. In public directory I have only .fcgi file.
Any hints are welcome.

But it still works, after reinstalling...

"public/dispatch.cgi.example" was removed by r9604 for Rails3 porting (Redmine 2.x).
