automatically calculating due date and one other

Hi,

at first, please excuse my non-professional english...

We wanna move from JIRA to Redmine, but there are two special problem preventing this at the moment:

Is it possible, that the due date is automatically calculated from start date added with the time estimated? And at least this should have impact on the GANTT-diagram... :-)

Is it possible to take days like saturdays and sundays, holiday, vacation, illness and single weeks out of the planing time? As example: Developer Frank is on vacation in week 17, ill in week 18, on wednesday in week 19 he is on holiday and in week 22 he´s out of plan because he has to clean up the basement...
