how to send email to all the members of a project ?

Hi there,
do you know if there is a way to send an email to all the members of a specific project (and only them) ? in the same philosophy than the System Notification Plugin, but accessible only to the Manager and/or (tbd) to any member of the project ?

Hrm. Create a news item? That'll send out an email notification if they've accepted all mail in their preferences, yeah?
