Is it possible to get the watcher name in issue

hi
Once i open the issue we have menu called update, move, copy and watch. is it possible to get the name of the person who is watching the issue. our team contain 10 person using the same project but all are confusing who is watching which issue.
is it possible to track that.please help me.
