Problem installing redmine 1.2.2 on shared account

Hello,
I am trying to install redmine 1.2.2 on servage's shared account. I am getting "Application error Rails application failed to start properly" after configuring all in the configuration files.
Is it possible to configure Redmine on shared account!!
Can anybody help me to configure redmine 1.2.2 on shared account!!

Redmine 1.2.2 is from 2011-11-11 and not supported anymore.
What's more: It has serious security implications, we urge you to use a recent version instead.
