Running Build-Win32.bat on windows7

Hello!

I am having a problem with running "build-win32.bat" on my windows 7 (even with admin privileges), it says that it couldn't find the "cocos2d-win32.vc2012.sln" nor the "Resources" folder nor the , but i checked the paths that are in the "build-win32.bat" and they are correct as they indicate the already existing folders on my computer !?
