Subverion problem with redmine under window7

my enviroment:Install Redmine with bitnami-redmine-2.3.2-0-windows-installer, Install Visual SVN Server2.6.4, Install TortoiseSVN-1.8.1.24570 all in one PC with Windows7 OS.
my setting:create one project in redmine, and set the subversion information just as the attachment. the svn url can access in TSVN and ie browser.
my redmine with SVN problem:404 The entry or revision was not found in the repository.
need help, thanks much!
