css collapse with Redmine 2.3.1 on IE6(SP3)

Hi all,
This is Tatsuo.
When access to Redmine(2.3.1) with default theme with Internet Explorer 6(SP3), I found the css collapse as below mentioned.
- project menu is located in the bottom of the screen and appears when mouse over.
- Redmine defaule fields are located in the left and custom fields are located in the right of the screen in the ticket create/update screen.
Note: This site, "redmine.org" shows correctly. It means "redmine.org" might have the solution....
Is there anybody who can help me out?
