Redmine Data backup and restoration

Hi,
I have installed redmine on windows server 2003. My installation path is D:\Program Files\BitNami Redmine Stack. Due to some reason, I have to re-install OS. I want to take complete data back up of projects in redmine and restore it after OS reinstallation. Can anybody help me with step by step procedure for this so that I will not lose any project data?
This is urgent as my OS is badly corrupted and go down next moment.
