Redmine issue comming in google search- how to avoid that-please guide me

hi all

i am having 2 redmine application, like http://domain.com/XYZ and http://domain.com/ABC in the same server. XYZ application are display in google serach, how to stop that one, please help me, but its not happening in ABC project.
