problem with email notification

Hi,

i am using Redmine 1.3.2.stable (SQLite)
i set up the email notification
when i create a new issue on redmine i get a notification by email
if i update the issue i do not have any email notification if i am a watcher is that normal ?

Check:
  • your user My account, Email notifications settings (probably fine since you got the create email).
  • your Administration, Settings, Email notifications, select actions area to ensure updates are also set up to send.

I am adminitrator
and i select :For any event in all my project

and i did not receive any notification if i am not the assignee

    (1-2/2)
