Using similar accounts for svn:// access and LDAP results in both not working

As I reported in #16587, there is a bug in redmine if using similar account
names for subversion repository access and LDAP. I am not sure why I shall
post that into the forum, but Toshi MARUYAMA told me to do so. Maybe someone
can shed light why this bug isn't regarded as a bug?
