Configurering mail message sent

When I enter a new issue, I get a mail with information about it:

"Ärende #9 har rapporterats (av Per-Olof utvecklare H).

However: the http://localhost:3000/issues/show/9 ought to be http://support.aquilamms.com/issues/show/9

How do I change that, and can I also change the layout and content of the mail?

Found the place in settings where I put the domain: Defect #2723

But I am still wondering about how I change the message and layout of the mail sent,
