Translation for custom fields

Hi Community,
I added some custom fields into our Redmine (see screenshot enclosed).
I would like to translate those new fields in another language as well. Where are the labels for those new fields stored and how can I provide a translation for another language?

My System information are enclosed in the screenshot.

I don't think that's possible at the moment, see #12295...
