Redmine

At a first glance you defined only a workflow for the author of the ticket. So if someone else want's to work on the ticket no transitions are allowed. You should define the upper table for the role who usually works on tickets and define there the allowed transitions.

I do not use specific transition rights for authors at all but define workflows only based on roles.

First thanks for your reply.

I think the information in the workflow table is level role.

This is what the table contains workflow being the following the following information:

Tracker_id = 1 (Incidents)
Role_id = 4 (Development)

Yet when I go into the task at hand I keep leaving all states.

In your screenshot "Flujo de trabajo" you have an upper part / form where nothing is filled out and a lower part where you filled out according to your workflow. Simply go to administration/workflow and fill out the upper part of the form / table similar to the lower part.

My settings: the upper part/form is the most commonly used and important part and thus filled out, the lower part can - mostly - be left blank/empty.

Already solved, the problem is that the installation is under SQL Server and data conversion was not very good and therefore did not work.

Hi all.

I have the same problem. Installation under SQL Server and conversion.
Now I have 2.6.0 installed and everything seems to work fine besides this one.
If I try to change Workflow everything in current workflow (1. table) is empty. If I set something there it will disappear after saving.
I tried to delete whole workflow and set it up from scratch, but this did not solve the problem.

So, Pedro, how did you solve this one????

discard the idea, conversion is not good and the field types do not work well in redmine.
Let MySql installation.
