Problems with installation v2.6.0-2

Hi
When installing a debian v2.6.0-2 version 7.0 server generates me the following error "apache" start.
How I can solve the problem?
ruby/lib/ruby/2.0.0/i686-linux/enc/encdb.so: undefined symbol: rb_encdb_set_unicode
The version I have installed ruby is:
ruby 1.9.3p194 (2012-04-20 revision 35410) [i486-linux]
