redmine does not accept emails from some users

Hi,
We are working with Redmine and everything is working okay except....some users who are sending an email to our servicedesk mailbox are not accepted by Redmine.
I don't see any users on the blacklist so I don't understand why this is happening.
Does anyone know what the problem is?
I am also one of the users which email is not accepted by Redmine but i am a administrator so for me it is not a problem.
Help me please!
