Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to CHECKOUT

Hi,
every time I try to import my project I get following error message:
"Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to CHECKOUT"
I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.5.9 with Subversion 1.5.6 and it works perfect with some other projects under another user. So I guess this seems to be a problem with my current user...
