Ctrl-W doesn't close tab in Firefox

When I view Redmine pages in Firefox, I can't close tab by hotkey Ctrl-W.

Tabs showing content from other sites are closed normally.

It seems that some javascript in redmine or in one of its plugins prevents Firefox from closing current page.

How do I fix it?

The problem was in plugin Hotkeys, which adds some vi-like shortcuts to issue management.
