How to upgarde Redmine on Bluehost

Hi all

I am using 0.8.0 on Bluehost and install information from http://bugtracker.gttools.com/public/wiki/bluehost/Redmine

Now, I would like to upgrade to 0.8.2.

Could you help me a guide that help me to upgrade it?
