WorkTime plugin - Internal error

I updated Redmine from version 2.0.2 to 3.0.3 today. Everything was migrated fine. Then i installed the plugin "Work Time". I enabled work time module for all projects. When i select an user in "select user" dropdown for viewing his time sheet, it shows "internal error". Please see the log file screen shot in attached file.
Please let me know how to fix this.
