API Redmine, GET / custom_fields.xml doesn't work

I'm currently using the redmine API, and I only meet one problem. Indeed I can't get custom field with the API, the URL sent returns me an error type "*error in the url*".

Somebody has ever met this problem? Can we get the custom field’s values in a different way?
