Redmine 3.2.0, import csv issues

Hello,

we are currently looking for a way to import csv documents as issues into redmine.

This feature is included in 3.2.0. and is already present in the latest dev version.

Unfortunately, I could not find it after installing the latest revision and it does seem to be activated.

Does anyone happen to know the approximate release time of 3.2.0 or how to test the csv importer?

You can see "Import" at sidebar.

Hello,

I can not find "Import" at the sidebar, did I miss to install or activate anything?
I upgraded to 3.1.1.stable.14882 and the files of the feature are in the right folder.

I updated to
Redmine version 3.2.0.stable.14904
Ruby version 2.0.0-p647 (2015-08-18) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 4.2.5
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2

But still was not able not find Import, in the sidebar. Does the importer have a specific URL I could jump to? Unfortunately, I am not familiar enough with Ruby in order to check myself.

Oh well... got it to work, something went wrong during the update.

Great and stable tool, thank you guys!

I have one question though, why is it not possible to assign project, tracker type and ticket nummer in the export? Would that be to fragile or cause issues?

Hi Folks,

I've been using this importer fairly successfully, but now I'm trying to import a long list of issues with parents. I can't seem to get this to work no matter what I try. Are there some tricks to getting the parent relationship to import? Is there documentation on this that I'm blind to?
