Redmine

I need to migrate a redmine installation from one server to another. I follow the instructions here:

Everything seemed to work OK, but the html codes are now showing up inline instead of being interpreted.

The original site is redmine 2.5. I've tried migration it to 3.1 as well as to 2.4.2 and got the same result.

Any suggestions?
