Customize view of files in repo browser

Hello,
I am new to Redmine (and Ruby) but I would like to customize the view of files in the repository view depending on their extension.
Basically, I would like to see "txt html..." files as code (current behavior) but I would like to see "uml" files as custom html content (generated via XSLT) when I click on the "View" hyperlink.
Does someone know how to achieve that ?
