Feature comparison between 2.1.2 to 3.2.0

Currently we are using redmine 2.1.2 stable version in our company.
I would like to know the new features in 3.2.0 comparing the existing version from developers perspective.
We are planning for this transition and so i need to collect the data to prove that redmine should be upgraded to 3.2.0 stable version. I went through News article and gathered some points but i need high level idea on features.Can anyone help me out in this.
