Redmine

I've just installed Redmine on one of our servers and while I see under Settings > Authentication > Minimum password length, I don't see any setting for password strength for when users change passwords. Does this exist in base Redmine or in any plugin? I saw Issue #4221, but it doesn't look cooked.

Security is a big deal these days. What'cha got?!
