Problems when moving existing redmine installation from nginx to apache2

Sorry for this nab topic, I have not too much of experience with Ruby and redmine, but there's no one else who can help nearby.
Trying to revive redmine in emergency mode on apache2, after NGINX server gone down (right now it seems to be easier to fix the prob that I have with apache than fixing nginx)
After adding virtual host on it's page I receive output in attach.
I have put rake-11.1.2 in /var/lib/gems/1.9.1/gems but no luck here. Can someone give me a hand with it? I'm monitoring this topic nonstop so I'll provide any requested info.
