Adding next/previous links in the revision differences view

The view that displays the file differences of a revision in the repository module (/projects/foo/repository/revisions/1234/diff/) lacks any previous/next links. This makes browsing through the changesets a little time consuming.
Could anyone provide any help about how to modify this view and add the needed capability?
