Redmine

At work I have 2 PC's the first one is a laptop and installed the Bitnami stack of redmine without any problems. I tested it for a good few weeks and decided it is what I would like to use full time.

Now I tried to install it onto a desktop as a permanent install but I'm really struggling to understand how to make it work.

Both machines have the same build of windows on with the same anti-virus (I think).

What I do know is when installing onto the laptop I had no warnings but on the desktop I had a warning about the antivirus.

The install itself goes through without a hitch but when firing it up I get the "Your application is not available" message and looking at the apache error log I get:

how do I check to see if the ports or the IP is being used by another application?

Could someone calmly tell me what I need to check or do to make it work please.
