end of file reached [ outlook account 1and1 ]

Hello,
I've got some troubles with Redmine.
I am trying to configure our email on redmine. and i got this error when i am sending my email test: "end of file reached".
My configuration is like the following:
production:
email_delivery:
delivery_method: :smtp
smtp_settings:
address: "auth.smtp.1and1.fr"
port: '25'
domain: "domain"
authentication: :login
user_name: "redmine@mydomain"
password: "****"
On my outlook2013 i am not using no ssl or tls or encryption.
Of course I've already read the email setup documentation.
Any ideas?
Any newbie mistakes? or i didn't restart redmine ?
Any help is much appreciated.
