copy redmine ticket from one DB to other DB

Hello there,
Some user deleted a redmine ticket by mistake, since we can't restore deleted tickets I understood I need to create a new environment and copy the ticket from the new place.
I have a new environment, how do I export the ticket from the current DB to the one I needed to with the full ticket details and history.
I must say that this is very complex and long ticket with many attachments and long history that must be remain.
