Import Issues link missing in 3.3 installation

Hi,
So according to the documentation (HowTo_import_issues), the ability to import issues from a csv file has been native since 3.2, and there should be a link on the right in the issues tab. I can't find any such link. Could it be that I don't have the right permissions to import a csv file? Does that feature have to be explicitly enabled in the installation or a config file? Thanks.

To be able to use the CSV import feature, users need to have the "Import issues" permission granted to their role. No further action is required to enable it. When the permission is granted, the "Import" link shows up in the right-sidebar shown in the issues views.
If the link is still missing whenever the permission is actually granted already, it might be a problem due to plugins modifying the sidebar (ie. plugins being incompatible with Redmine >= 3.2). See #950#note-25 and beyond.
