When I open /localhost/redmine the Index of my Installation is shown instead of the Redmine start page

Hello can anyone help?
When I open /localhost/redmine the Index of my Installation is shown instead of the Redmine start page.
When I test my installation with a webrick "ruby script/rails server webrick -e production"
=> Everything works fine.under "http://localhost:3000"
When I use Appache2 only the Index is shown.
Maybe there is something missing in 000-default.conf??
