Can't start redmine

Hello. Can you help me with starting redmine? I try it for about a week but don't have result.
When I go to redmine page, I recieve error
Not Found
The requested URL /index.html was not found on this server.
I don't know what should I do. I will be very grateful if you help me. I can provide any information.
