Automatically create subtask on issue creation
as part of our internal Quality process all of our Tasks have a Review ticket defiend as subtask. Currently this is a manual process. Every time a Task is created a Review subtask has to created too. Is there a possibility to define an Kind of Auto subtask creation per tracker?
Any help is appreciated!
You could create a template issue with the subtask and copy this issue instead of creating a new one.
In the copy process you can choose, if you want to copy the subtasks, too.
This also has the advantage that you can prefill the subtasks fields.
