Administrator menu

Hi I am new in redmine, I just registered in redmine, I want change theme but I found the info in help menu that I can co this from administration menu. But I am not able to get this menu. Please help me.

Maybe your Redmine account does not have admin privilege. The "Administration" menu is shown if the current user has admin privilege. Please contact the administrator of your Redmine instance.
