Default Users / Members for new Projects

I would like to have a few users automatically added as members whenever a new project is created. Is there a way this can be done? I don't have much ruby experience but am really liking this application.

Any help is greatly appreciated,

I would like something very similar.

Ideally I would like all new members, upon registration, to be auto added to a specific project. Has anyone done something like this?
