Help with redmine upgrade

Hello, I am stuggeling to get to know Redmine. I have already started learnig ruby "the hard way".
And I am looking for someone to help me with basic redmine actions:
- installing redmine on Apache server
- backing up redmine
- restoring redmine from backup
- upgrading redmine
I already tried to do all of that, but I always ended with some kind of error.
I am looking for someone who I can share my desktop with and have a conversation in the same time so he can explain me what I do wrong. Will anyone help me with that?
