Redmine User Authentication using secure LDAP and TLSv1.2

Added by Savio F over 3 years ago

Hi,
We have a Redmine Stack 2.4.2-0 install base on Windows Server 2016 and using secure LDAP {LDAPS} to authenticate users logging into Redmine.
Somehow, even with TLSv1.0 client and server protocols being disabled in windows server registry, this Redmine client thread is still able to use TLSv1.0 in the request to secureLDAP.

Is there a configuration setting where I can force the Redmine client thread to default to TLSv1.2 when talking to secureLDAP as the TLSv1.0 transport is being shutdown soon.

Much appreciated.
