Redmine0.8.3 deployment

I have installed redmine 0.8.3 in my local box.I upgraded ruby to 1.8.7 patch 72.When i start the mongrel service in production mode through services in windows i get the following error---

[Mon May 18 09:40:40 2009] [error] [client 192.168.151.25] (OS 10060)A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. : proxy: error reading status line from remote server 127.0.0.1, referer: http://10.40.16.111/
[Mon May 18 09:40:40 2009] [error] [client 192.168.151.25] proxy: Error reading from remote server returned by /pmapp/, referer: http://10.40.16.111/

Can any one help me out with this

ruby script/server -e production -p 3000
