Activity missing from activity view

Hi,

I am having trouble with some items not showing up in the Activity view.

For example, I created two new issues - one in each of two projects. One issue is a "Task" and the other is a "Feature".

When I look at activity for all projects, I see only the task. Even if I look at activity for the specific project that the feature is in, it doesn't show up.

Past features, tasks, etc. have been visible in activity (including the above project).

Why isn't it showing up?

Environment:
- OS: Linux (Docker container)
- Redmine v: 4.1.1.stable
- Ruby v: 2.6.6-p146
- Rails v: 5.2.4.2
- Database: PostgreSQL

I am having this problem too.
OS: Linux
Redmine v: 4.2.2.stable
Ruby version 2.7.4-p191 (2021-07-07) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 5.2.6
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
