Redmine

Hi,

We have organized our tickets in several projects and sub-projects. Often it's good to have a readonly access to a project, but there's no need for the mail notifications. It is possible to deactivate the notification for a project? Is there a plugin?
We're using Redmine 4.1.1.stable
