Restrict the view of notes by roles

Hi,

Is it possible to restrict the view of notes by roles?

Given three roles exists and they are business analyst, developer and tester.
Given an issue exists which is visible to all users of these three roles.
When any user with the role developer views the issue then the notes made by other developers is to be visible and not notes made by users belonging to the roles of business analyst or tester.
Similarly, any user with a role tester may view all the notes made by other testers only
However, the business analyst should be able to see the notes of developers and testers.

I have gone in the way of allowing subtasks to be created and restricting the view issue using roles.
