Redmine file upload bug comming back

Hello.
I was testing Redmine trunk v.2761 on file uploading (the issue solved in last stable version) the problem was actually in my case coming back.
The test case was to start uploading 300Mb file and see how Redmine trough ruby will use resources given in virtual machine. My environment was MS 2003 server with Mysql server 5.0. The RAM was eaten up to 1GB and then only started dropping, CPU nearly all the time on 100%. Although the application didn't crash, nor stopped working, it didn't preform well either. Is there any possibility that this will be solved at any time now?
(My ruby, rails and rest was adjusted to Redmine trunk use)
