Configuring email - do I need to restart?

Hey

I'm trying to configure email notification, do I need to call

sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart

On each change?
I'm using bitnami aws redmine version & upload yaml file via filezilla...

Yes, Dariusz. After making any change in the configuration.yml file you need to restart your web server.
