One user cannot login, even with a new temp account

Hello,

We are 3 users (1 admin). Up until now, we have had no issues what so ever. As of yesterday, one user is now unable to login, keeps getting invalid username/password.

- Account is not locked (as best I can tell)
- Tried resetting the password
- Created a new temporary account - still cannot login
- Tried different browsers
- Restarted PC

I have no clue what could cause this. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
